About DentalCost
Last updated: August 29, 2026
DentalCost is a free, independent dental implant cost estimator and educational guide for people in the United States. We built it for one reason: dental implant pricing is confusing, and most people have no way to know a fair price range before they sit in the dentist's chair.
Our Mission
We want anyone facing a dental implant decision to walk in with a realistic budget and the right questions. We do not sell treatments, do not refer patients, and do not have a financial relationship with any dental practice or implant manufacturer. The site is supported by advertising, and that funding never shapes our figures, ranges, or recommendations.
Editorial Standards
Every figure on this site comes from published 2026 pricing guides and insurance benchmarks that are listed as sources at the bottom of each page. We follow a simple rule: only state what a published source supports, and only give ranges — never a promise.
- Range, not a quote. We report national ranges and clearly label them as estimates.
- No invented experts. Content is written by our editorial team, not by a pretend practitioner.
- Transparent method. Our calculator's model is explained on the main page so you can see what it does.
- Timely review. We update cost figures when published guides change, and we note the review date.
How We Source Data
We compile the ranges from published dental cost guides, industry pricing reports, and commonly cited insurance benchmarks for 2026. Where figures differ between sources, we present the most commonly reported range. We do not invent statistics, and we do not present a single price as if it were universal.
Advertising & Independence
The site may display advertising delivered through Google AdSense. Advertising is clearly labeled and never influences the calculator, the cost figures, or any editorial content. If an advertisement appears, it is not an endorsement.
Educational Only
DentalCost provides estimates for informational and educational purposes. It is not medical, dental, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified dental professional. For a personalized plan and quote, always consult a licensed dentist or dental specialist in your area.
